PRODUCTION
The selected grapes undergo a maceration of 8 hours inorder to extract the maximum flavor & color from the skins. The second slow & careful fermentation takes place 10 meters underground to ensure a perfect aging on the racks.

Viva La Vida Brut Rosé is a beautiful cherry/coral color & delivers a bright stream of fine bubbles. Highlighting flavors of wild red fruit, rich cranberry and strawberries & cream, this wine is light & spicy on the front & yields a racy acidity with a lovely toasty and generous finish.

Viva La Vida is the result of an epic two-year-long global search for the perfect sparkling wine. After tasting hundreds of qualified sparklers from all over the world, we finally found what we were looking for from a small family run, single vineyard estate in the heat of Penedès, just outside Barcelona, Spain. We are three wine fanatics – Tony Bellatto, a WSET certified Sommelier and Hunter Vogel and Andrew Lerner of The Authentic 3 Finger Wine Co. The Viva La Vida dream came about poolside when we saw the need for a world-class rosé sparkler that is affordable and that brings the beach to you wherever you may be.
